We currently accept PayPal, which includes the option to pay with credit or debit cards through PayPal's secure checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase.

Since our products are custom-made, we begin production quickly. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. After production begins, modifications are not possible.

We accept PNG, JPG, and JPEG files. For the best print quality, we recommend PNG format with transparent backgrounds when applicable.

What resolution should my image be?

For optimal print quality, we recommend at least 150 DPI at the actual print size. Our design tool will show a quality indicator—green means excellent quality, yellow is acceptable, and red indicates the image may appear pixelated.

If your image quality is below our recommended threshold, you'll see a warning in the design tool. You can still proceed, but the final print may appear pixelated. We recommend using the highest resolution image available.

We offer three material options: Standard Neoprene (great all-around choice), Premium Neoprene (thicker with enhanced cushioning), and Cloth Top (fabric surface for smooth card sliding). Each material has unique properties suited to different uses.

For card games like Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, or Yu-Gi-Oh!, we recommend the Cloth Top material. The fabric surface allows cards to slide smoothly and is gentle on card edges.
